In this lesson you’ll take your first steps in InDesign*, using the Selection Tool to select frames, using the Type Tool to edit text. You’ll also use the Control Panel to change the text’s size and leading, and discover how to tell when the text doesn’t fit. Finally you’ll learn how to replace an image, then adjust the size and crop of an image.
*For this and subsequent lessons, download the lesson files [below], and unzip them by double-clicking on them in either the Finder [Mac] or Windows Explorer [PC]. If you have any issues with missing fonts or images, please review Lessons 1–4 and Lessons 1–5 from Module 1.
